Our mission is to support striving independent artists and producers who aim to create a sustainable career within the music industry, from grassroots to breakthrough.  Our focus is on the development of the artist, supported by an experienced team of professionals who all play their part in the end goal.

The Founders.

    Meg ensures the business operations run smoothly, as well as managing projects to ensure the best client experience. Meg heads the Artist Development practice, guiding musicians through their careers from grassroots to their goals using the network and community around us. Alongside South Lanes, Meg manages artist Jarki Monno who she has worked with for over 7 years and has recently signed to Marshall Records. Meg was recognised and won AIM’s Music Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2024 for her contributions to the independent scene.

  • Sam Clines (he/him)

    CO-FOUNDER
    SONGWRITER & PRODUCER

    Sam is an established songwriter and producer with a portfolio ranging in a broad catalogue of genres. Sam oversees the output and operations of South Lanes, as well as working on exciting projects with artists developing and refining their sound as part of our Artist Development focus. In addition, Sam writes and produces for Extreme Music, with notable successes with placements on programmes throughout ITV, Netflix and Channel 4.
